Hello Ruth and Brad,
West Bay Village is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect, right on beautiful West Bay Beach with swimming, snorkeling, great restaurants and bars virtually steps away.
We have very much fallen in love with West Bay and in particular West Bay village. The village has a fun and friendly atmosphere. It is very peaceful, safe and well maintained. We are enjoying our third stay here and have made many wonderful friends. It is truly like a village.
This is our second time staying in Monkey LaLa, it is so quiet and private. We especially enjoy the shuttered windows and the large doors that we open to let in the island breezes. It is very much an Island house.
Thank you Brad and Ruth for being so helpful and quick to respond to any and all of our needs and requests.

Hello Ruth and Brad,
We are packing for our 6th annual trip to West Bay Village. Thanks for arranging the car. Can’t wait to escape the February cold of St Louis.
On our first few visits we only stayed one week, but this year and last 2 weeks seems an absolute minimum stay.
Looking forward to chatting with you about the new and best restaurants and activities on the island – an important issue on a short stay.
Much has changed on the island (all for the better) since our first trip, and everyone that has come with us (adult children and siblings) has said that it surpasses any other beach destination they have been to. And we have met some interesting guests in our many visits and have managed to keep up contact in a few cases.
So keep doing what you are doing. See you guys Saturday afternoon.

Thank you so much for all of your assistance during our vacation to Roatan! We loved Casa Martin! The location on the beach could not have been more ideal. The sunsets from our porch were magnificent. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the property and the fact that we always had plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Another great benefit of West Bay Village that we enjoyed was security. There are few places that you can go to nowadays that have security 24/7, unless you're staying in an oversized, crowded and gated resort. West Bay Village was an ideal choice for our vacation, and we will return next year! Thanks again to you and your staff for making our time so enjoyable. The property was impeccable.

Thank you for having us down at Marys Place and St Macs the time before. Everythings meticulously clean and always well stocked. You guys make it so easy to settle in after a long flight. We’ve traveled the Caribbean and have never seen such a beautiful beach with an even more beautiful reef so close to shore. We’ll be sure too see you guys soon again. My wife and I have visited most of the Caribbean islands and absolutely love Roatan. We have stayed in just about every property on West bay Village. They are all great. I guess if I had to pick a favorite it would be upstairs at St. Mac’s right on the beach. We are looking forward to a short stay in February and will be back in July. The staff are very friendly and the diving is simply unbeatable. The white sand and crystal clear and clean beach are beautiful. We fully enjoy staying with you guys and strongly recommend West Bay Village to all coming to Roatan. By the way the restaurants are out of this world all over the island.

Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our visit to St. Mac's Villa. The house was great. Very comfy and inviting. The beach was georgeous! The best on the island! We particularly liked the diving right off the beach. Veeeery nice! Thanks to you both for your help with our visit, and thanks to Astor for driving us all over....what a beautiful beach St. Mac's Villa is on and how close the reef is!

I just read a former guests review of staying at Barefoot Dream. (www.tripadvisor.com). Their descriptions of the excellent balance of privacy and proximity to restaurants, beach etc. is reassuring. Most of all, their raving about how great their whole experience (many thanks to you Mickey) was, has convinced me I'm making the right choice. Please advise me on how to process a reservation for Monkey Lala.

Just a note to thank you for all your help during our stay -- car, flights, water, general info. We had (and some are still having!) a great time. Roatan seems to be at an interesting point in its development, balanced between enough amenities and enough unspoiledness -- I hope it can be maintained. And the reef is wonderful!
