Ruth and the entire team at Island House were a pleasure to work with. They found a house that was perfect for us. We checked in and out with ease. We had a beautiful relaxing weekend. This property is PERFECT! Right on the beach, walk to what ever you want to do. Beautiful and comfortable! Much more comfortable and spacious than a hotel an less expensive!

The home is amazing. It’s larger than the pictures. The Perfect location. We had a few small issues but the staff was right on it. The best part was our home car keys were left- realizing at the airport. They jumped in their car to meet us 1/2 way so we wouldn’t miss our flight! A great vacation, and great place! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time staying at Satori in West Bay Village. The place is beautiful and true to photographs. It was also just steps from the beach, which was important. Island House was very helpful and communicative.

I stayed at Casa Martin with two friends We each had our own bedroom and bathroom Everything is updated and beautiful The view from deck is amazing Right on the beach but offers some privacy We spent a great deal of time relaxing on the deck that is big and decorated well with comfortable furniture and hammocks The home has a beautiful open floor plan that makes it comfortable and with amazing views The home is equipped with necessary items and extras I want to return to this home on my next visit Also want to mention the great customer services from the Island House rental staff, grounds keepers and Security team. They made our vacation even better.

We love the little neighborhood in West Bay Beach village. This is our second time staying in the village and first time in Boat House Owner's Suite (upstairs) and also rented the Boat House Beach House (downstairs). It was the perfect combination for 3 couples and 5 kids. Steps from the beach, where there is a 24 hours security guard who helped with chairs and kept our beach area private. Everything was perfect and we really appreciate Shanna and the staff who were very helpful with anything we needed.

I received quick answers during my stay and everyone was so friendly - right down to the men raking the sand and putting clean water pails by our doorstep. The islanders really want tourists to have a great experience and we did. Casa Martina is one of, if not the best property on the island for a family or group of friends. Clean with all the amenities you need and two of the three bedrooms with their private bath plus another bathroom. The outdoor shower to spray off the sand was such a bonus!! What can be better than sitting on the open front porch and have a 20 meter walk to the water edge? I am already trying to figure out my next stay at Casa Martin.

Our cozy Village is nestled amongst a variety of local, mature trees and flowering plants, all well tended by our full-time gardener Rene. This allows each house to have its own ‘personal space’. They also have unlimited wifi, maid service, laundry facilities, air conditioning, bottled drinking water, and beach loungers to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Each offers beautiful, private decks with hammocks for chilling out on those lazy days. The Village is semi-private (no public traffic) with 24-hour security, giving you peace as well as peace of mind.
